Imperial Sportbikes is an independently owned, franchised Aprilia dealership located 5 minutes from downtown Denver, and is gearing up and looking for talent in our Parts & Service Departments. Even though our primary business is the business of New and Used sportbikes, we also sell and service Adventure Motorcycles.
Our Service Department operates with 4+ factory-trained technicians (Aprilia & Ducati) that take care of our loyal customers. With an in-house dyno and a mobile dyno, we're also preferred experts for performance.
We also have a highly successful Parts & Accessory department that takes care of our Denver customers and Ecommerce customers by shipping worldwide but we also have 10,000+ used items in our eBay store.
If you have been successful in a service or parts department, possess a high level of integrity, and have a strong interest in professional growth beyond your current position, you may be the individual we are seeking.

Qualifications:
- Experience as a Service Manager, Service Advisor, or Parts Manager REQUIRED
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to develop and motivate successful teams.
- Solid working knowledge of computers and systems.
- Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Successful background in financial/budgeting role.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence are necessary for select roles.
